pain on the sole of the foot

what is the pain in my foot when i stretch it?

if i stand on my tiptoes i get like a sort of pain in the sole of my foot. Its just down the centre of the sole and it even happens when im just waling normally. Its pretty painful and to me it sorta feels like a tendon.. but im not good with stuff like that. I play football and was wondering wether that could have anything to do with it? What is this lol :/ ?

I get this all the time and it’s like a sharp pain that sort of extends through your foot in a line sorta??? I usually just walk on it and it may be painful but it goes away fast… I ice it with a bag of frozen peas so it forms to my foot. I hoep this helps!! Feel better
